How do I change the look or skin of my windows xp shutdown dialogue box?

I am fooling around with several programs and skins on my windows xp PC (objectbar, dock, windowblinds) to try to make it completely look like a mac. I have everything just about down pat except for that annoying shutdown dialogue box! It still looks like windows and I cant find any programs that let you change or skin it!!!

Please...if anyone could help that would be great.
Also, if anyone knows of any other touches I can add to make it look just like a mac?
