Exclamation Incorrect Ram Speeds...HELP!

Alright,
I have a Gigabyte 965p-ds3 (Rev. 2.0) motherboard, with the latest bios. My PC Specs are:

# Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 2.66 ghz
# GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
# A-DATA 240-pin 4x512mb DDR2-800 (PC2 6400)
# Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD2500KS 250GB SATA 3.0Gb/s
# ATI Radeon X1950PRO XE PCI-Ex16
# Creative Audigy Value2
# Raidmax Horizon ATX Case
# 1x DVD Burner
# ThermalTake Purepower 600W 20+4
# Logilys Dual Cold Cathodes (blue)
# 3x Masscool 80mm (blue) fan
# Hanns G HW191D 19" widescreen
# Logitech X-530 5.1 surround sound speakers
# MX518 Gaming Mouse
# G15 Gaming keyboard
# 1x 120mm Rosewill (blue) fan

The problem is My ram wont seem to go over 533 mhz, Ive tried adjusting it manually but everytime, it will reset it to 533 mhz. Im not really sure if I should bump the voltage up or what, Any Advice would be appreciated.
