Question Control Panel called Panneau de configuration

My control panel is called "Panneau de configuration", how do I fix this? Everything else is in English. Thanks!

Hehe...ok ok. That is strange, though... I'm almost certain there'd be a way to change it in the registery. Perhaps you could run regedit and search for 'Panneau de configuration".

I searched in regedit and I found it and renamed it. Thanks!
