We need a little more information.
Is it a blue screen error? If so what tis the error code?
Have you done any recent spyware and virus scans?
Have you installed any new software or hardware lately?
What are the computer specs?
See if you can boot into safe mode. Heres how:

The error message appears in a separate window with a red x mark on the upper corner of the error window.

I have done numerous scans for virus and spyware and still have this problem. It does not pop up every time I load though.

Any suggestions?

use "msconfig" to look at your startup apps and see if that file is listed. If it is uncheck it. But most likely you have spyware/malware on your system that normal scans won't notice. Download hijack this and post the log at this site and it will tell you whats good or not. http://www.hijackthis.de/index.php?langselect=english You might have to post at a spyware forum to get additional help to get rid of the malware.
