A client has approached me with a problem that is outside my own experience, so I figured I would post here and see if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I would recommend voicemail or answering machine software. They usually can do this. Just google for it, as I haven't done this sort of thing for a long time, and the software that I did use is not compatible with recent versions of Windows.
