I ran all the program an I cleaned the system with more than 179 spyware and other viruses.
Now the when i start the system i received this message MAC address are invalid in both APC and DMI, Press F1 to resume.
The start process take ages and all the process, this message took me 45 minutes to write, because Firefox not responding.

I would recommend backing up all her important files, and simply format and reinstall.
