yeah I found that PCI-E geforce 6800GT are considably more expensive then the agp couterpart. Which I find strange since 6600GT pci-e are less money. If you looked at the pci-e 6800 ultra they insane over $600.

Thats because the 6800GT started as AGP and ported to PCIe and the 6600GT started as PCIe and ported to AGP.

What I meant by the comment is that I can get those cards for that price -- maybe cheaper -- and in CAD -- without much in the way of special deals...

Am looking at PSU now for my friend new sytem these the two am looking at.

which one of these are good. Am I over doing it and would it be better idear getting a cheaper one then these two?

Dang thats a tough call, the Tt has APC but the Antec has adjustable pots and better efficiency .... realistically you'll be set with either so dont stress it too much

what kind of speakers are you getting? no point in getting a really nice sound card for only $14.99 speakers.
