Default folder lock

does anybody use this program?

folder lock is program that will password/hide my folders and files from unwanted clicks.

This program is causing some problems with some of my other applications. It will cause my pc to crash every time I start the program that is it conflicting.

I have uninstall that program and now everything is working fine.

But i need another program that can do the same thing as the folder lock if not better.

If you know of program that can do that please tell me the name. does not matter if its free for not.

thanks alot

Yeh I've not had any problems with it, but to be honest I dont really use it that much. I just use it on my USB stick to protect any data on there, but this is annoying when I use a PC that doesn't have the program to unlock it. It would be nice if operating systems had some kind of built in utility for this.

I don't know any others sorry, but have you tried to reinstall it?

cool I didn't know that. I suppose this utility is built in to operating systems after all!

Ya, i tried in 4 different pc and so far I found it can conflict with the Perfect disk, and Ragnarök online that i play. It gives me a blue screen and my pc will restart. after uninstalling it, everything words fine now.

I got over 400GB of files so zipping it is not a option.

You could try TrueCrypt, which is a free program that will create a virtual encrypted drive that you can store files in.
