Can someone help me find this taskbar app?

I know I had this program before but I do not know how I got it.

When you put your mouse over an item on the taskbar an image shows up with a preview of what it is.

errr I can't think of how to really search this on google. Any help?

you can even hold ctrl + any mouse direction to move it diagonaly like vista flip3d..lol

yes your internet is like sooooo fast and mine is like sooo slow. right now am trying to load HI5 and it took me 1min 25 sec to load it.Login in gives me the "Connection reset Page"....lol
