Internet takes forever to load a page

I got PC Wizard 2005 running in the background. Why does the internet takes forever to load a page when this program is running? Is there something I should be aware of?

what is pc wizard? shouldnt you close it down when you are using the internet?

PC Wizard is something that monitors everything in hardware, and OS. When I close it down, yes its 10 times better
