If im right, you have two partitions, or two hard drives and your trying to install Flash onto the one without your OS on it.

Flash install some components onto the Dive with your OS on it no matter what, they are very small though, if this is your problem then im guessing you dont have much space left on your OS's hard drive and should free up some space on it.

If that isnt the case and what i wrote above doesnt apply then im not sure wahts wrong with it, i installed Flash CS3 without any problems, try the Adobe Support pages, they may help in your problem, hope you get it sorted, its the best version of flash out

i still havent gotten it to work at all. there is a partition on my computer, but there is over 100 gigs of space left on the windows partition, and about 50 gigs left on the other. so i dont think its a space problem, i just wish i could figure this out >_<

Have you tried seeing what is taking up all your space with SequiaView?

there is pleant of space left on both partitions. its not a space issue. i know that i have enough to install flash about 1000 times over on both partitions. i just dont know why it wont install :-\

I haven't got it to install either. Get an error message linking me to Adobe's website. I've given up.

Ah yes, i remember that eror, i got it once, i think its something to do with your temporary memory being used up or some other space issue as i had at least 15 GB free on each partition when trying to install, try out Adobe's support forum that will hopefully lead to answers.
