Default Upgrade video RAM/graphics card?

I'm new to all this stuff, so bear with me.

If I have a 32MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 graphics card in my laptop can I upgrade the memory (without buying a whole new graphics card) to at least 64MB? If so, what do i need to buy and where can I buy it?

Thanks!

EDIT: Could I also just replace the whole graphics card? I need at least 64MB or memory, but more wo9uld be nice. How much could I do this for?

BTW, the computer is a Sony Vaio V505, if that matters.

Just upgrade the graphics card, its too expensive buying a chip for a graphics card imo.

Any suggestions on what to buy? I don't even know what cards will fit in the laptop. Hehe...

Hmm. ATI makes graphics cards for laptops. Anyone know what will work with a Sony Vaio V505?

Nope that ability was never really apart of mobile platforms and the last i saw of it on desktops was circa 1994
