I want to have it be heard easier.
The quality is fine, I just want to make it clearer and have sub titles.

Thanks.

In Audacity, you can edit the audio a lot - make it clearer (less hiss noise, then amplify sound, normalize sound so it sounds louder etc...) then import it back into MovieMaker if that is the video editor you are using.
Audacity link: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

And as far as subtitles.... do you have the subtitle files already or are you planning on creating them from scratch? Are you planning on permanently embedding them in the movie?
For all this read my post earlier in this thread. Also, I found another subtitle editing prog in case it comes in handy. It is called Subtitle Workshop and it is freeware: http://www.urusoft.net/products.php?lang=1
