Default Video Edit

I have a clip that I need to shorten, enhance a small section of audio, and get sub titles for that enhanced audio part.

Any tips or programs are great.

Thanks

In terms of the subtitles, do you need to create them yourself? If so, see my post here:
Create, use, and embed Subtitles into a video

If you are looking for subtitle files, then check out the various links here under "where can I download subtitles". You can then use my link above to edit those subtitle files if you need to adjust them to your liking.

What enhances the audio or turns it up to hear it a bit better.

Thanks.
