Default Dual Core Center

Is it any good? Does it work just as good as manual overclocking?

I'm guessing thats a Windows based overclocking program supplied by your motherboard, correct?

If it is, you can overclock with it, but you will get much better results, and a more permanent solution by overclocking from within the BIOS. You usually have more options to tweak as well.
