Installing Quicken on Vista

Help. I am trying to install Quicken 2007 on Vista Home Premium. I run the installer as admin. and it seems to install fine. But when I try to run the program the quicken window just blinks. Has anybody ever heard of this issue???

is quicken compatible? im not sure what it is but if it isnt then that might be the problem. if not then im not sure

Well it states that it is compatible but I guess that really doesnt mean anything...
