don't newegg deliveries need to be signed for on arrival?

If so email newegg to explain or if they let you know who it is that deals with the deliveries inform them of the situation, if it has to be signed for they will have on record who signed for it and when. Should be able to find out what happened from there.

If they tell you that its been signed for under the name on the delivery sheet ask to see it so you can compare signatures. Should be able to prove that the signature was forged...

edit :

http://www.newegg.com/Info/ContactUs...stomer_Service

click the customer services tab, then under that shipments and fill out the form

Nah, they don't need to be signed...at least none of mine have. I'd think that'd depend more on the shipping service used. I know UPS has an option for signature on delivery.

My guess is either a problem with shipping(wrong address/mis-delivery) or someone stole it as mentioned. Most people here can vouch for Newegg's reliability so you don't need to worry about being cheated or anything.

I'd contact both Newegg and who ever shipped your package. There's typically a lost package claim you can fill out.

no when I track it, under where it says "signed for" it says "FD" as in front door..
and im really REALLY pissed now I will call newegg in the morning and ask for a supervisor or something.
and I know that newegg is great and I dont blame any of this on them its all ups's fault for being such idiots and leaving a box in a crappy neighborhood.
if I go to the ups store will they give me this lost package claim?

Thanks alot guys.

I live in an apartment.
Any packages that come, are signed by the doorman.

Only bad encounter I had with this, was my TV *the 32'' LCD* was shipped here, and was signed at 11am and I was told it was here at 5pm, later that day.

I went online and checked who signed for it.

dont know how things work in america, but here for important stuff like that, if you are not at home to accept and sign for a delivery, they leave the item at the nearest post office and you have to pick it up from there and show your id.
