Unhappy VMWARE workstation

so i have windows xp pro SP2 inside VM and now each time i boot up it tells me
"Your serial number will expire in 5 day" and also "Be sure that your host machine's date and time are set correctly."

i know for sure they are synchronizing but the message get's annoying.
i'm using VMWARE 6 . version 5 ran fine before with no problems
