usb over current

hi when i switch on my computer it says USB OVER CURRENT and shuts down in 15 seconds anyone know what is wrong

Is this a new build or a recent problem? If you have any front/case USB ports, try removing them.

i did but no good when i put my computer on today this is what it saids
