Language/Font Help.

Hi guys, I really need a hand on this, and have no idea what else to try.

I just received a forward of an email from my friend, which was sent to her from her dad in Thailand. When I received it, it was in its code form ("»ăÎèr×*±*º¹ÏjØck 7uÆ§iÖœ"). I was just wondering if it is possible for me to translate it to english.
