Default system is slow after format

hi,
my sytem is very slow after format,

OS-windowsXP ProfessionalSP2
CPU-P4,1.80GHZ
RAM-MB

Anti Virus-Zone Alarm

Why did you format it? How big is your RAM? Maybe you need to defragment your system to increase the loading process.
