Question Photo stitching

I know that there are a couple of "panorama" stitching programs out there to crop photos together. But i have yet to find what i really need. I have about 40 pages, that i need to stitch together, all it is, are pages from a map book about my area, that i have highlighted and zoned off with boundaries. i need to put them together to recreate a real map, large size, so i can see it all at once. not have to flip through the pages. any ideas??

Do you have photoshop or can you download a 30-day trial? That might be the way to go, because I don't know how well other stitching programs will handle 40 files. In PS, you can have them all together and always have the flexibility of moving or resizing each one to best fit the big picture.

Adobe Bridge handles what you want it to, beware though as you'll need a powerful computer, it struggled on an AthlonXP 2400+ and that CPU was pretty quick.
