Default Windows taking forever

I have that Dell, which I have ranted about a lot, I am reformatting Windows and it's taking FOREVER to install Windows. It said 39minutes an hour ago, is it b/c of the 533Mhz CPU and IDE HDD? What is the reason for this? I am also having troubles with getting it to find the Windows install files in the CD drives, I put a Windows OEM CD of mine in for the files and put the Dell one back in the other drive. Why am I having such problems? The Dell disk was in the drive, and running fine, then I get the error msg that it can't find I386. ARGHH!! Dell rhymes with Hell

Thanks

Default

If Cd drive can't find files then it's a defective Cd.
Or try another cd rom cause there are drives that are picky reading disk even though it's not scratched.
