Which will run cooler, case on or off? I have no liquid cooler or is the better way to blow cooler air into video card fan? I dont what plastic get warp again on video card.

Make sure to apply a thermal compound to the GPU before putting the fan on, That could be the reason the previous fan warped.
Having the case on will generally be cooler, as it creates an airflow like environment. |
