Default Making Vista Bootscreens?

Anyone know how to do this? Id like to make my own custom one. Any links or other help would be much appreciated.

Hey i cant compile with that program..something about access...could someone tell me how to turn all these warning things off and i think that should fix the problem.

vista security.
i don't have vista so i can't really help but i think it's called UAC user Account control or the like and yes you can turn it off here

but i'm not sure if you are talking the same languages
