Icons in right-click menu

Can I somehow insert icons into some of the entries in my explorer right-click menu? It would make it easier to quickly find the desired choice that way.

thanks for the link - interesting stuff there. However, I was looking to see how I could add icons to entries that are already on my right-click menu. For example one entry is from an antispyware program and it reads "scan item". I would like to add an icon to that so I can find it more easily among all the entries that come up in that context menu.

There are several entries for which I would do this - if it is possible.
