BIOS on this Have to be F2

What do I do to update the BIOS on this? It comes with F1 but, I need support for an Pentium E2160 and F2 does that. How do I do this?

boot the flash software with the bios on a floppy and boot from it.

There should be instructions on how to upgrade or flash your BIOS on the website where you download your BIOS from.

Are you talking about the Gigabyte in the Coming soon if so you need bios F11 not 2
Intel E2160 (1.8GHz,1MB) 800 F11
