Is there any way I can install spare home stereo system speakers to my central output?

You have to plug the amp in as well obviously, also power cords... lol What do u mean when you say modding? I assume you mean changing the wires to a 3.5mm jack, well 5 mins w/ a soldering iron should do the trick.
