Exclamation ATI aiw 9600XT Help!

I got an ATI aiw 9600xt after christmas. I installed it in my computer.....and ever since I've had major problems. Random shut downs, freezing (mostly in counter-strike)...etc. I am almost positive it is the driver, mainly because theres always something mentioned about DRIVER FAILURE or wrong driver in the error messages and the windows messages that pop-up after the restart.

If anyone has any solutions for this or could point me in the right direction please do so. I have talked to the ATI tech support and that still didnt help.

System....
MB: Asus p4r800v deluxe
CPU: P4 3.0GHz 800fsb 478 socket
Ram: Corsair VS1GBKIT400 1GB Kit DDR400 PC3200 CAS2.5
HD: Western Digital 200gb
Video: ATI "All in Wonder" 9600xt
