Help needed with webcam installation.

So, I just got this new webcam, for free, with a special purchase deal offer.

An Intel Pocket PC Camera.

My problem:
I go to install it annnnnd - "This upgrade is not available for Windows 95. You can upgrade to Windows 98 and run setup again."

I'm running XP...
