problem with DVD Nec ND-4550

Hey...
i have DVD Nec ND-4550 and i have a problem...
i just bought a movie and the DVD doesnt want to load it...
i tried to load a movie on other PC...and it was working...
whats wrong? other movies on the dvd are working...
is there maybe a problem with drivers?

you can play other movies but you can't play this movie or did you just try playing this movie can it play cds or anything?

it plays everything except this movie...
and i tried to play this movie on other PC...and it works there...

Sure its not a VCD? Or is it a copied DVD?

no no...its DVD...original DVD...i bought it in a shop...
it works on my friends DVD player...

what software are you using to play this? the format may not be used in that software

im using power dvd...
hmmm...
problem is that DVD unit...doesnt even recognise the DVD...it starts spinning for a few seconds...and then stops...

did you try opening power dvd and playing it?

but i cant play it...
`cos windows didnt recognise the DVD...
when i open the DVD folder....it says: please insert disk into drive E:
