Default What other programs?

I need some diagnostic tools, kind of like PC Wizard. I am having ppl call me up to repair their computers and I need some programs to give me a hand here.

Do you guys know of anything?

Thanks

PC's that ppl want upgraded/repaired, there is more on the market that does other things. If you don't know of anything, then don't post here and ask questions, I think my first post was pretty clear.

Why not use CPU-Z? It tells you all the info you need on their processor, RAM, and motherboard.

Okay, is there a 'universal' hard drive diagnostic?

Thanks

HDTune tells you some specs on the hard drive, as well as SpeedFan.
