Default Need help with motherboard purchase

I am going to get either the E6600 or Q6600 (havent decided yet). Also Nvidia's 8800GTS or maybe the new 8900's when it comes out. Now I need help with the motherboard. Whats a good motherboard to compliment them. My budget is $150 and below. Also, I will be OC'ing my CPU to around 3.0-3.2ghz.

The best mobo for that budget, I'll say GA-965P_DS3.
My current board is GA-965P-S3, but I could overclock my cpu, ram and vga for a decent amount without increasing any voltage.
