Halo 3 Mystery

I need some help cracking this odd cryptic message that Microsoft have made.

I've got an idea but it doesn't work brilliantly.
Firstly, I took all the capitol letters in the text (excluding the header).
This gave me TUEABTCMTHWSFHYLT.

I then rearranged the letters and amazingly found "MASTER CHIEF WHY BATTLE US". Admittedly, it doesn't quite fit. I had to add in the letters A R I E and S. Then again, the word ARIES could be important. (Or maybe ARISE)

If you follow the links on the page you will find sites which refer to a race of aliens known as the "Ancients". A new addition in Halo 3 perhaps.

Any thoughts on what all this could mean???

I'm alittle out of touch with halo but having read most of the books i've discovered 2 things.. That the race of Forerunners (ancients?) are the human races ancestors, this explains the covenents mysterious and unprovoked war against the human race.. and that a 2nd generation of spartans are being trained by Master chiefs' old mentor on a planet (hopefully) not discovered by the covenent yet.

On subject the 4th paragraph of the poem seems to remind of the flood.. and the history winding back upon itself part may signify this struggle has occured before, between the forerunners and the covenent.

In the Halo universe, the forerunners were meant to kickstart modern civilisation on Earth and allegedly constructed the Halos. All this viral marketing is intended to create this sort of legend until virtually everyone will be asking "who the hell are these forerunners anyway??"
