ive just built a computer for some one i know but after post its giving me a error usb over current detected system will shut down, ive tried disabling usb in bios, disconnected the front panel usb, took the io plate out, updated to the lastest bios but still the same error. i also tried it without the motherboard in the case, i didnt get the error it gave me system disk error so i dont no if its some thing to do with the case or not? can any one help?

Sounds like a short of some sort... Have you tried it with the mobo still in the case, but without any USB headers connected(Assuming you have front USB ports) If there's anything else that connects from the mobo to the case(front audio...) I'd also remove that if you continue to have problems...
