Limited Accounts Have Access To My Docuements!!!!

The Guest Account and all limited accounts have access to my administration documents!! I have a windows XP MCE 2005 laptop. Does anyone know? I have ripped apart the local security policy and nothing is helping! Anyone? I'm desperate!

under the user adminsitration in the control panel, did you set your files to be private?
