Audigy ZS no sound!

I have the Audigy 2 ZS Gamer edition soundcard from creative, and after installing the Driver etc, i still dont get any sound. Anybody have an idea what could be wrong?

1. Did you raised your volume to a higher state?
2. Did you enabled Windows Audio?
3. Is your chip correctly placed?
4. Have you checked if your speaker cable is plugged in the correct spot?
5. Your speakers might have a wire fault, turn th wire in the jack to see if you get reception

Yes volume is all the way up. Drivers were installed, card is plugged in all the way and recognized. I tried all plugs, still no sound. I have also enabled every function of the card.....

There might be a problem with your soundcard. Is it still in garanty

Its brand new 4 days old

Return it back. Get a new one and try if the new one works. Its almost obvious that the chip has a fault
