Default Hijack Me!

Hello,

I am new for computer and just got HijackThis (HJT) from a friend here. Currently I think I got no problem with my computer, however perhaps there is something wrong in the system which I dunno, e.g. latent infection or else, so would you please check my system? Here is the latest hijack log.

Thank you in advance!

YSA,

Do you have Shollu prayer reminder software installed?

If so, your log is clean.

Have a look at Startup Inspector. It's a handy little program.

Your computer seems pretty clean as far as spyware, viruses, and adware go, but you seem to have a little bit of clutter... you could always do away with all the yahoo stuff and the instant messengers (and install one that works with all the clients like trillian), or at least set them not to start up with windows so you can boot a lot faster.

(just in case you don't know how) To change startup programs:
Start >> Run >> "msconfig"
uncheck items on startup menu
don't go removing things if you don't know what they are, but I'd go with the adobe stuff and the messengers.

ha! I must say thank you to ZoneAlarm Security Suite 7.0 for my clean system

About messenger, well I only installed Yahoo Messenger, because I don't like anything else. Or you mean Yahoo toolbar, companion, service, etc.? Well, I think it is integrated with YM thus I cannot stop them loading... or...?

Yes, I know that "msconfig" thing, sometimes I know which one can be removed safely but I am not sure with the rest, that's why I ask for suggestion. Thank you for Windows Startup Inspector thing!

Yeah I know, but I got a PM from the owner of that thread asking me why I hijacked his hijack thread with my hijack, thus I created my own here

About my startups, after applying Windows Startup Inspector (thanks to JohnMcKenna), it suggested me to remove almost all things from there because it is not required OMG! *lol* Now I only have approximately 1/8 of it, which are important to me like: ZoneAlarm, Yahoo alert, Shoullu, Office Bar huahuahuahua...
