Hi,

I have just got a Mio P550 and I have been trying to Sync it thru Active Sync on my Laptop. But I am getting an error message when I connect the PDA to the laptop.

Can anybody suggest a solution??

did it come with a driver cd, if so make sure you installed the drivers. Also more information would help, what error did you get?

Activesync should install all the required drivers when you load it... Have you tried upgrading to a later version(they should be freely available online) or another USB port?
