I have XP installed on my C:\ partition
I installed Vista on D:\ After installation, there appears to be a new boot loader. It gives me the option to boot into safe mode with Vista, but no longer with XP. Does anyone know how I can restore my ability to use safe mode on XP? It would be nice to have the option without having to switch boot loaders.

And also... would this problem be non-existent if I had installed Vista first to do the dual boot?

I can get a list of OSes, but I can only use the Vista boot loader to start in safe mode on Vista... it does not give me an option to start XP in safe mode, only to start it up normally.
I'm sure i can live without it, but it would still be nice to have...
