I spoke with ASUS' technical department, and we changed all of that, however there is no real way for me to disable the onboard video in bios, other than changing the frame buffer size to 0mhz, and if I do that, then they said something about me having to do something with CMOS - something like that - and it won't boot up?

First make sure the PCI/PCI-E bios setting to PCI-E and make sure the onboard is disabled. Refer to the user's manual for the board on this. With the onboard video enabled that will stamp out the display when a separate card is installed on many boards.
