Default CS:S taking a while to update

I just bought CS:S and I love the Source engine, even HL2. Anyway, it is updating, I just tried to start the game, and it is taking 15 minutes, is this normal?

thanx

Yes, if you just got it there should be a pretty big update 10-15 minutes is normal depending on your connection speed

Okay, I was just wondering, I am not gonna let the game update make me disgruntled with the game. This is my first time owning a Source game and I just ordered HL2. I played around in CS:S at a friends and I took to liking the Source engine. What do you think about it?

Thanks man

You're the first person I have heard who likes that game! I was going to buy it but lots of people told me it was bad and most reviews were like 6/10. Do you reckon it's worth getting? It's £10 on Play.com.

Source engine are good. The people that plays on them usually suck... 14 years old kids who think they're gods at a game... SO Annoying...
