Exclamation Instant messenger always on top

Does anyone know a way to always have the instant messenger on top of all other windows(including direct 3d programs)?

I am pretty sure the only way you get do this is with xfire. Direct 3d games will always take up full screen UNLESS you have it set to play in a window.
