How much do new modern games use(Memory). I have a 160 Gigabyte HD, is that ok for if I have 8-12 games installed?

Perhaps you have memory and local storage confused? Memory (aka RAM) requirements are usually <=1024MB.

512 is great - but since you are gonna buy anyway - get one stick of 1 gig ram - then you have better upgrade options in the future.

I thought it where two questions your where asking myself as you did sam "(memory)" so it does appear that you might have confused the two.

I would say the average game could take anywhere from 2-5 gbs. Command and conquer generals takes up more than 3gbs on my system but of course you have to add the factor that you might add more levels (maps) after the instal.

Default well

First of all, How do you quote someone, do you just copy it? Secondly, I already ordered the computer and it came today, so I'm stuck with 512 MB.
