Yeah, what would be the best idea for gaming rig is that it will be better if you buy PC8500-ish ram and get 4GB instead of the 2GB you chose. And wait for the price cut, just like chupacabra said

I would recommend getting Corsair Dominator or something like that.

You might want to improve your Case to better ones for gaming (and future watercooling I guess)like:
Lian-Li (Every cases are great! especially full towers)
Silverstone (Cost heavy but still okay)
Thermaltake (Armor Series, Kandalf, etc.)

and I would like to post some more helps on the monitors and speakers...

But I'm not sure what's your budget limit is so post a price and I'll help you find the "Bangs for the Bucks.

i would say the antec p190 for case and it includes 2 PSU's (550W for optical drives etc, 650 W for mobo and GFX) find it here
EDIT: or the slightly cheaper Silverstone TJ07 case which is also lovely

Apevia cases are a disgrace to the case market, I have had one and it has been fine. They are just so cheaply made and not worth it for the money. That is far from ultimate, the ultimate would contain 2x RAID Raptors and a 500Gb Storage HDD. With SLI 8800GTX and an X6800 instead of the QX6700, you won't be using all of that yet. 4Gb of RAM may be overkill but, it would sure be nice to have, it is the ultimate gaming rig.
