If it is some kind of computer encryption, then there are so many possibilities of what it could be. If it is then the relationship would be between the input and output alone and not between each of the inputs wouldn't it?

For example it could be something like this:
INPUT = A
to get the OUTPUT...

First take the first three digits of A and square them
(If answer > 250000,
then add 5000,
else subtract 5000)
swap the last 2 digits with the first 2 digits*
multiply by 50
subtract answer from A
OUTPUT

Already the relationship involves multiple numerical patterns that would be very unobvious to someone trying to crack it. *For example what if you swap the last 2 digits with with digits 3 and 4 instead or swap the first 3 digits with the last 3 digits at this stage.

I'm sure there are programs out there which will evaluate it much more quickly and efficiently given a set of parameters at the start, if you know where to look, but I'm not sure about the legitimacy of such programs either unfortunately.
Exactly. You answer is very very true. I have to search for that program.
and that is why I have written that human may not answer to this question in the very first post I have written. The example you made can be more and more complex. It can be more than X actions to get the output.
The only things we can get the answer from is the person who programmed this problem, the relation between input and output or a Computer Program.
The computer program will take a x time to check dozen of different actions, different possibilities. And it must be very advanced.

Apparently, the more the greater the first number is, the smaller the second number is.

Inverse proportionality. The formula could be something along the lines of:

A = 1/kQ

Where 'k' is a constant. Just a thought.

But that doesn't work for the first two:

Code:
(Q)If I enter this number:      96111099
(A)I get this number:           62613058

(Q)If I enter this number:      95302199
(A)I get this number:           26525393
