ok have a problem

my keyboard wont work, using onscreen keyboard, this computer has LOTS of software probs what would cause this? need the help fast thanks

is it a PS/2 keyboard of USB?

no its not usb and im afraid to restart for fear of errors

ah so it did... ok for everyone that has helped me, through the six or more months that its been down, thank you, its up and running again, full speed.
