I've seen them before. They say "not legal tender" on the front and back. That makes it ok legally.

these are manufactured in mass quantity and have a little note on them stating that they are not legal currency.

I've seen them around, they look real, and are not illegal.
Just like the ones with bush or clinton on them and other celebrities.
