Default If it's not broke, do not fix it?

I currently have an OKIA-450ATX, 450 Watt power supply in my system. I fear that it is possibly a mediocre to poor quality power supply. The power supply seems to be running fine and without any problems currently. I've been using it about six months now.

Here are the power supply specifications:

After reading many threads on here I am afraid the power supply could damage my system components if it were to fail. There is a replacement warranty on the power supply until June 2008. After June 2008 should I replace my current power supply with a better quality one?

I was looking at the Antec True Power Trio TP3-550 550 Watt Power Supply as a possible replacement.

Would the Antec Power Supply work with my current system or even fit in my current computer case? My current power supply is 6 inches wide.
