Default what's better?

I'm going to spend something like 80 bucks to get 2 gigs of ddr2 240pin pc6400 memory but I don't know what the best stuff to get would be... any advice I was looking at these:

They're a lot like, but i'd rather go with the g.skill since it has immediate rebate ( i don't like to wait and you run a chance that you don't get the money back on those mail in rebate)
